Sales Terms and Conditions
All orders are subject to acceptance in Parsons, Kansas under the following conditions only and without exception, and are understood by the Purchaser to supersede any terms and/or conditions previously stated or requested on Purchaser's purchase order.
- The purchaser agrees to abide by the terms shown on the Signature Sportswear, Inc. invoice, and these terms will supersede any terms previously stated or shown on the purchaser's purchase order. All rated accounts will receive terms of net 30 days. If you are doubtful about your rating, we suggest sending a check with your purchase order so as not to delay shipment while we are investigating credit. Shipping and handling charges are FOB Parsons, Kansas.
- Delivery on the specified date cannot be assured, and all orders are accepted with the purchaser's understanding and agreement that said orders cannot be canceled after merchandise has been cut.
- A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must accompany any return package. Signature must receive the return goods within 30 days of when the RGA number is issued. Signature will not issue an RGA number for any goods that have been altered in any way. An RGA number will not be granted to any invoice 90 days or older. All returned goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Signature Sportswear, Inc. uses the finest dyes available consistent with the selling price; however, because of our lack of control over methods used in laundering, we cannot accept the responsibility for fading or bleeding of any merchandise.
- The finest and most expensive garments are sometimes shrunk or stretched by the most experienced laundries; consequently, this must also be expected in athletic uniforms. Hot water, mechanical dryer and tumbler action will shrink almost any material; therefore, the customer must accept all risk for laundering damage or shrinking.

- Any custom alteration made in our patterns will be at the customer's request and expense. It is physically impossible to develop a universal set of patterns that will fit everyone; therefore, alterations should be expected and a 100% custom fit cannot be guaranteed.
- All orders are accepted by Signature Sportswear, Inc. with the understanding that every possible effort will be made to match colors as perfectly as possible. Color matching is not 100% controllable in fabrics, printing inks, or embroidery threads. Therefore, all orders are accepted with the understanding that the purchaser realizes these conditions and accepts responsibility for them.
- Custom orders and printed orders may be shipped slightly over or under the requested amount due to production.
- Signature Sportswear, Inc. ships all orders UPS or FedEx unless the purchaser requests their own shipper. If the purchaser requests shipping fees to be charged to their account number, please fax. All orders billed to the purchaser's account number will incur a handling charge.
- Once a dealer receives their order, they must check the order carefully. Dealers must notify Signature Sportswear, Inc. within five days of receiving their order of any and all discrepancies.
- All sales are considered made in Labette County, Kansas and are subject to the rules of the state of Kansas under the county of Labette.
- All refused orders will be subject to a 15% restock fee and freight charges.
- All cancellations must be faxed to the main office before an order is officially canceled. If an order has been shipped before cancellation has been received, the purchaser agrees to pay the 15% restock and freight.
